This form is to be used for SAFEClear (Tow and GO) Incidents on the freeways under the SAFEClear management. This is a Complaint form, no other use of this form is permitted. Below are items that may be used for this form:

  1. Tow Trucks and Drivers of Companies not allowed to be on Tow and Go freeways, without first being requested directly by an officer from the scene.
  2. Tow Trucks and Drivers soliciting on the Tow and Go freeways.
  3. Tow Trucks and Drivers creating a disruptive/unsafe atmosphere at a Tow and Go scene.
  4. Tow Trucks and Drivers on the scene that keeps requesting officer to call for “Anything with a Hook”.
  5. Tow Truck and Drivers of Companies working outside their jurisdiction, whether out of zone or not licensed for City/County scenes.
  6. Officers that openly do not recognize City or County rules and regulations regarding the Tow and Go program.
  7. Officers that immediately call for “Anything with a Hook” on Tow and Go freeways that have out of segment/non-Tow and Go wreckers following to scenes.
  8. Officers that require you to match with out of segment or non-Tow and Go wreckers on a Tow and Go freeway in our segment, or disregard Tow and Go wreckers in order to allow other tow trucks, that should not be on scene to match for vehicles at scene.

This form is NOT to be used for the following:

1. Minor infractions that share mutual responsibilities for actions taken. Example: If you didn’t make it to a scene, and an officer called for Any Out of Segment, or Anything with a Hook, then you cannot place blame on anyone but yourself more than likely.

2. Personal animosity towards another driver. Example: Just because you do not like someone, doesn’t mean you can harass them with this form.

3. If you do not have all information and images required for this complaint, then do not attempt to make a submission.

Understand this, if a false complaint is sent by using this form, then that will constitute grounds for immediate termination.
